Calendar Format Timelines
I am trying to create timelines for jobs in a 'calendar format'. All I have been able to use in C&P is in the scheduling window. I really like the calendar feature in the scheduling window but am unable to view the whole calendar or get this window to print out.

Scheduling / Calendar Coordination in a PC/MAC Environment
Has anyone found a workable solution to coordinating schedules and/or calendars in a PC & Mac environment? Our PCs use MS Outlook 2000 and we are set up on an Exchange server.

Second Worker on Task Using Subtasking
We have recently put together our Logistics Dept. we have found there are many useful tools in C&P, but also have many problems to solve, and links to put together. I am currently trying to find a way to put 2 people on the same task, and have the work to do report acknowledge it.

Setting up Tasks Without Overkill
We are a small graphic design firm with billing of $500,000 a year. We are in the process of setting up and using C&P Classic. We set up groups with tasks associated with each group.

Status Code Process Inquiry
Regarding Statuses, we have been toying with the idea of attaching statuses to people. For example a status of in production might be in production-AA and in production-BB, where AA and BB represent person¹s initials.

Traffic Through C&P
Is ANYONE successfully using the traffic function of CP? We are an 11 person design studio, often with more than one designer on a job. We have used CP for a few years on our accounting side, and are happy with it.

Traffic Updates
Can anyone recommend a practical method by which jobs are updated weekly after a traffic meeting? i.e., which status reports are most helpful, scheduling tasks, etc. Do your traffic managers spend a lot of time updating schedules?

Weekly Traffic Report
My Weekly traffic report window shows only one job at a time, depending on what "Job Type" it is. I want to show ALL job types within a certain "status code" for the week.
