Calendar Format Timelines |

I am trying to create timelines for jobs in a 'calendar format'. All I have been able to use in C&P is in the scheduling window. I really like the calendar feature in the scheduling window but am unable to view the whole calendar or get this window to print out. Any suggestions on creating a timeline in C&P that has a calendar format?

I'm trying to do the same thing and would love for C&P to create a calendar that would include the milestones for jobs based on production status.
Currently, I schedule the milestones in C&P, then schedule them again into the "Job" calendar, then again into the "Agency-wide" calendar. I then send an email. It's very frustrating to do the same thing so many times. If C&P provided a calendar, my only extra step would be the email, and C&P should be able to handle this because of it's emailing capabilities.

...and she said that it was not possible to print the calendar window (or enlarge it); that the software was not written to do so. The milestones and schedules don't "cross pollinate" which would be my ultimate upgrade in c&p. That, and a calendar for milestones as you've mentioned. I hope they're working on it. I have the same issue, in that I enter the same information repeatedly in scheduling, then traffic, .. and finally in a master calendar that I've had to create using different software. Why no schedules in calendars? why? why? why? It seems so obvious of a priority.

So what is the status of a calendar system? Are you addressing the concerns outlined in these messages? If yes, when do you expect the solution to be ready. If no, why?

I have struggled with the issue of not having a program that can visually display all project milestones/deadlines into traditional calendar format for three years now and thought maybe C&P would be the solution to this most basic of problems - guess not. We are in a visual environment, with visual people, it baffles me quite frankly. It appears I am destined to continue with the redundancy of managing two scheduling programs. If there are programmers who can create a patch between C&P and OuIlook/Excel please let me know!
