Track Down Unbilled Job Costs

We need to track down on a daily basis "unbilled job costs" for over $8,000.

We had tried the Large jobs and Small jobs reports, but those reports do not tell us the "unbilled" amounts!!

There is also a report on Job Accounting, but in order to get it we have to know the job numbers ( We have an average of 150 on-going jobs at any given time, so we do not know the job numbers approaching that 8,000 mark) - We need a report telling us the job numbers.

Try Snapshots < Work In Progress < Unbilled Costs

All kinds of parameters as options, but you can play with it to see if that's what you need.

Run the Snapshots, WIP report called Unbilled Costs by Job. You can't limit it to just jobs over $8000, but it will pull all of the unbilled costs for all jobs, and you can see exactly where you are on them.
