Retainer Billing

I have accounts that are on retainer with the same billing every month. Is there a way in C&P to clone this information from month to month without retyping all the data?

I don't know of a way to clone A/R Invoices. I assume you clone the job though. Then when you bill the job click the box 'Show Job Spec' (from 'Description' icon). That way all the information comes forward to the invoice.

If you set up a job ticket with the estimate as the monthly retainer - you can do an Estimate Billing (A/R, Edit, Add New Invoice, Estimate Billing) - this will take any/all task notes onto the invoice as well.

You can't do a reoccuring A/R invoice, I've asked! I think it is definitely something C&P needs to look in to though!

I've checked with C&P and it does not have the capability to automatically bill an A/R each month.
