Making a date is easier than you think "When entering dates into your database, save yourself some keystrokes and use the date shortcut feature. Clients & Profits always assumes the current month and year. So, if you're adding an A/P invoice, in the date field type 21, then press Tab. Automatically, current month and year are filled in. Or type 0131 (without the slash), then press Tab, if the month you're entering is not the current one."
