Canadian Users with USD Accounts

We are a Canadian based shop that does most of our transactions in CAD, however we are now doing transactions to the US therefore I now have a US$$ chequing account, and I would like any advice on how to integrate the payable (In SD)coming in and the invoices (going out in SD). Any advice others have in this sitiation would be GREATLY appreciated
