Billing-to-Net Rate Ratio |

What is a common bill-to-net rate ratio in today's agency? In particular, what are the prevailing ratios for: (1) Account Service (2) Creative (3) Production
Net rate = fully loaded wage rate including all payroll taxes, health benefits and other incentives (i.e. 401K).

I'm fairly new to C&P and am trying to determine the best and most appropriate way to handle A/P payments made with credit cards. Preferably, I'd like to be able to see our volume for each vendor regardless of our method of payment. Would appreciate any info on how this is being handled by others.
