Mark Phillips began developing software in 1982 and has built
many computer systems and networks. After working with corporate
clientele for many years, he opened Mophilly & Associates
in 1998 to serve the needs of small business as well as the
larger clientele. He is proud to have participated in the
development of Clients and Profits X.
Experience:
Projects include mineral, oil and gas management, property management,
customer relationship tracking, and live performance management.
Each of these broad areas include significant exposure to accounting,
data relationships, work flow and human nature.

My Availability:
Mophilly & Associates is located in the Rancho San Diego
area of San Diego County, and serves the needs of clients throughout
the Southwest. We frequently travel to points across North America
and around the world.
My Philosophy:
It is easy to make a simple subject difficult; it is the prime
responsibility of teachers and technologists to convey complex
topics in simple language and an easy to understand manner.
My Working Style:
Successful projects begin with a lot of listening and discussion
of the goals of the client. In our approach, the client and
consultant work together to create a project plan that includes
regular reviews so that you know what is being done, and any
changes are handled in a timely fashion.
How I bill:
Billing rates vary with skill level requirements and duration
of assignment. Hourly, daily and weekly rates are available.
Destinations more than 35 miles from the office may be asked
to pay a time charge for one way travel to the desination.
For travel that requires over-night stays, conveyance and accomodation
costs will be charged.
