"I spend time
with you in advance by phone, email and fax, to fully
understand your exact needs. We define the scope
of work, and for training we determine session topics
and staff members who should attend each session,
and then set a training agenda. I also research any
unique issues in advance so I can to come to your
office as fully prepared as possible."
How
I Bill
Martin bills by
the day. Travel expenses are billed at cost. You pick
the hotel: cheap is good. An invoice is mailed to you
after work is completed. There is never an advance payment
needed.
