Martin Pennoni tackles the business side to help you get the most out of Clients & Profits. Marty is an experienced business owner and financial manager, and has been in advertising and media for 22 years.

Marty also has a thorough understanding of the production side. He has estimated jobs, negotiated printing, designed media plans, written copy and produced television commercials.

Marty's goal is to make C&P work for you to better manage job costs, overhead expenses, and staff productivity, as well as make your time tracking, client invoicing and vendor payment as easy as possible.

Working Style
"I spend time with you in advance by phone, email and fax, to fully understand your exact needs. We define the scope of work, and for training we determine session topics and staff members who should attend each session, and then set a training agenda. I also research any unique issues in advance so I can to come to your office as fully prepared as possible."


How I Bill
Martin bills by the day. Travel expenses are billed at cost. You pick the hotel: cheap is good. An invoice is mailed to you after work is completed. There is never an advance payment needed.
