I worked at Clients & Profits for seven years, finally as CTO. In addition to managing the technical operations of the company, I’ve personally answered almost every form of question that can arise with reference to the software. With a background in accounting, management, and IT infrastructure (including cross-platform networking), I bring a unique combination of talents that can help and train companies in all areas related to Clients & Profits.

My Working Style
Needs analysis and planning always come first. The transition to a new program is a great time to go through your business process and see what is working for you and what is not, then design and implement changes to make your workflow more efficient. Once this has been worked out, training the staff to properly utilize the program and its features in this new light can begin. For troubleshooting, each situation is unique and must be approached this way.

How I Bill

I bill by the hour (1/2 day minimum) within Southern California, plus some travel time if applicable. All other work is billed by the day plus travel expenses. Travel must be paid in advance.
