Elaine Hilmer has been Clients & Profits trainer/consultant since 1993. Elaine first discovered Clients & Profits while working as an accountant for a NYC agency, which gave her real-world experience with the software. She is a CPA and has over 15 years experience working primarily with clients in the advertising, media and public relations industry providing advisory and consulting services with respect to:

Controllership functions including, the preparation of financial statements and projections, analysis and recommendations for cash flow improvement, the evaluation of benefit plan packages and compensation plans, the analysis and planning of internal operations, and conducting employee training programs to manage work flows and enhance performance.

Computer program evaluation and implementation specializing in Clients & Profits (Pro, Classic, Plus and 4.0) including, installation and set-up of program for efficient use, training and motivation of staff, and maximizing the use of this program to improve company planning and performance.

In addition, she has worked directly with clients in setting up new companies, winding down and closing companies, serving as controller for smaller companies providing a complete financial function utilizing the client's existing staff, and on special assignments and year-end analyses.
