Production Expert. She travels to advertising agencies, marketing
companies and design firms training users on Clients & Profits
software as well as streamlining and troubleshooting agency procedures.
"I got into Clients & Profits in 1992," Cindy says, "when
the advertising agency I worked for bought the program and I started
using it. I soon discovered, that I could not live without it."
Her expertise is on the production and operations
side of the program - trafficking, production, time keeping,
job tracking, account services, job accounting & management,
expenses, media and accounts receivable.

"I work with the principle
staff of a company, showing them setup and management. From
there, I train the staff on features that will be applicable
to what their duties are in the agency or firm. I train large
or small groups depending on the client's needs. Or, I do one-on-one
training/troubleshooting with those that have specific issues.
I like to have time for the staff to interact with the program.
Any questions that come up can be answered. Example: I have
this job that was just opened. How and where does all our actual
information go into the program? What are the best fields and
features to use, etc."
